I’m not impressed by the previews, which have won over many other people. It’s looking like I’m going to have a harsh album review for Kingdom, but I shall try to explain my grade as best as I can. Right now, I’m not seeing any of the strong tracks that carried “Black Cherry,” but I am seeing decent album tracks. Of course, these are only previews…

~Background~
“Kingdom” will be released January 30, 2007, one week after the release of Koda Kumi’s 39th single, “anytime.” The album will feature the singles: “BUT / Aishou,” “FREAKY,” “Ai no Uta,” “LAST ANGEL,” and “anytime,” and no B-sides are featured on the album. Every song on the album will have a PV including in the DVD, and the second DVD is the Premium Limited Live in Hall in Yokohama Arena.
Hip-Pop: Jammin' on the Pacific Rim 
lovely. I’ve read up on the reviews on Yes Asia and it seems to be an excellent album. Too bad it doesn’t come out till end of Jan. Otherwise I will happily pick it up on the holidays. Oh well, if I ever stop by L.A. again for vacation I’ll pick it up then. I never bought a Koda CD in my life because they’re so hard to find in L.A., but since it’s my source, and only source, for JPN cd’s, I might as well try.

P.S. Did I mention how gorgeous and normal she looks in those covers? I’m just glad she isn’t trying to look sexy this time, I like it when Koda looks normal on the covers, she looks more prettier that way. 😀
Judging by the previews, I’ve fallen in love with this album already! ^.^ It seems that Kuu’s falling back to her roots; with the unique music style and whatnot, I can tell this is going to be an awesome album! The covers are gorgeous and as an added edition, there’s going to be a PV for every song! You can’t beat that! Honestly! You can’t! I’m so looking forward to this release!
I already have the album on preorder, so I’ll get it within the first few days of its release…which bites, because I would LOVE to have it the day of! It’s been almost a month since I found out about this album and every day drags by because I’m anticipating the release so much.
::sigh:: Oh well. Guess I’ll have to wait like everyone else.

I like Koda Kumi since I play the Final Fantasy X2 that Koda Kumi sing in that soundtrack with Real Me and 1000 no Kotoba.
